    If you already work with people who care about how they look and feel, gym owners, trainers, salon and med spa operators, coaches, creators, the Elevate Health Rx affiliate program pays you to introduce them to a program that actually holds up. You promote one thing: the concierge subscription. Everything clinical is handled by the licensed provider network.

    Partner.

    For businesses and creators with an audience of 1,000 or more. Med spas, luxury spas, larger gyms, high-end salons, and influencers above 1,000 followers.

    Ambassador.

    For anyone building. Personal trainers, aestheticians, studio owners, smaller gyms, healthcare professionals, cosmetologists, and influencers under 1,000 followers.

    The commission structure is the same for both. The difference is how we support you.

    How partners are paid.

    Elevate partners are paid a flat fee for each referral that converts. Rates are set by the program you are enrolled in and are provided in the commission schedule that accompanies your partner agreement. Your partner portal shows your referrals and your earnings as they happen.

    First commission lands the following month.

    What you can and cannot say.

    You promote:

    the concierge subscription, the coaching, and the app. You can tell people that through their subscription they get access to a private telehealth portal where they can explore options with licensed providers.

    You do not:

    recommend specific medications or therapies, discuss dosing, suggest lab panels by name, make medical claims, or promise results. Anything clinical is between the patient and their provider. Every promotional post carries a clear disclosure, #ad, #affiliate, or "I earn a commission."

    THE DETAILS

    Payment terms.

    • Commissions are paid monthly, thirty days in arrears.
    • A $100 minimum balance applies before a payout is issued.
    • No commission is earned on refunded or fraudulent transactions.
    • Commissions may be reversed if a member cancels within the first thirty days.
