It is a distinct, custom-formulated preparation and is not the same as the FDA-approved brand medications Mounjaro and Zepbound, and it is not independently FDA-approved. Availability varies by state; your eligibility check confirms availability where you live. Common side effects can include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, headache, and fatigue, and are most common while your dose is being adjusted. Less common but serious risks include inflammation of the pancreas, gallbladder problems, low blood sugar, kidney problems, and allergic reactions.
