    What you are agreeing to.

    If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, Elevate Health Rx may send you text messages about your eligibility check, your program, and your account. This page explains what that means and how to stop it.

    Consent is not a condition of purchase.

    You do not have to agree to texts to use our services or to buy anything. If you would rather we used email only, say so and we will.

    What we send.

    Messages about the eligibility check you started, appointment and program reminders, and account or billing notices. If you have separately agreed to marketing messages, we may send offers as well. Those are two different permissions and you can hold one without the other.

    Message frequency.

    Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the program.

    Message and data rates.

    Message and data rates may apply. Those are set by your mobile carrier and not by us.

    How to stop.

    Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. We will send one final message confirming it. You can also email support@elevatehealthrx.com and ask us to stop.

    Reply HELP to any message, or email support@elevatehealthrx.com, or call (330) 800-1505.

    Stopping texts does not cancel your plan.

    Opting out of messages stops the messages. If you also want to cancel a recurring plan, tell us at support@elevatehealthrx.com, because those are separate.

    What we keep.

    We keep a record of your consent, including when it was given and which version of this page was in force, for as long as we rely on it.

    What we do not do.

    We do not sell your mobile number. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

    Other people's messages.

    The provider network and the pharmacy involved in your care may contact you themselves about your treatment. Those messages come from them, under their own terms, and replying STOP to us does not stop theirs.

    Carriers.

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
